1st Annual Independent Kayak Swap-Meet

January 28th - 8:00am to 1:00pm
Mariner Sails Parking Lot

Rules for the Event:

1. You may bring items to sell from any of the following categories: Kayaks, Canoes, Kayak Acessories, Camping and Hiking Gear, or any outdoor oriented items that may relate to kayaks.

2. Selling spaces are free of charge to individuals and are available on a first-come first-serve basis.

3. Arrive as early as 6am to get your space and be setup and ready by 8am for shoppers.

4. You are limited to one or two parking lanes approx 8.5 by 16 feet each.

5. Bring your own tables, chairs, canopies, cash for change etc (none of this will be provided by Mariner Sails).

6. You will be responsible for your own area and sales transactions. All transactions, products, implied warranties etc, are on a one-on-one basis between you and your buyer. Mariner Sails will not be responsible for, or involved in, any disputes.

7. Mariner Sails is NOT an organizer or sponsor for this event. We are only extending the courtesy of providing part of our parking lot area for this event. Mariner Sails will not be held liable for any damaged or missing swap meet merchandise (** the sellers are responsible for removing any unsold items by the conclusion of the event), nor will Mariner Sails be held liable for any problems, incidents, or accidents.
