BP2626 - Hobie Compass / Outback Raised Handle
The best upgrade for you to get a better grip on your steering. The aluminum handle is larger, stronger, and smoother once installed. Providing you with better tracking by allowing you to tension the handle, and easier to turn.
The extended and raised section makes it easier to use with larger rudders or in the current. You can also tension it down to help keep your kayak tracking straight so you can spend more time with your hand off the handle. It is made from an acetal base and aluminum CNC machined top. An m6 thread in the front allows you to attach a steering knob to the end if you wish. (Note - the Hobie Brand Steering Knob will Not Fit this handle as supplied. Use the steering knob linked to this page.)
