Arriba manufactures the strongest, simplest and most popular hiking sticks on the market.

Their sticks feature a full-length crosshatch textured grip with molded rubber end and a locking mechanism that has no moving parts. Integral cams lock one way and release the other. The 1-1/8″ OD sticks include a yoke assembly for attaching the stick to the tiller crossbar. Arriba fiberglass sticks are identical to the “Hot Stick” sold by Hobie Cat® and are class legal for Hobie® racing.

The FX3 (#44-FX03) is a fiberglass tiller extension perfectly sized for 8′-wide boats, including Hobie® 16, Hobie® 18 (without wings) and Turbo 14, Prindle 16, Nacra F17, and other 8′-wide boats where the skipper will be trapezing. With 50″ collapsed length, the FX3 is easy to maneuver while sitting on the boat, plus its 92″ extended length allows the skipper to trap forward comfortably while retaining full maneuverability. The FX3 comes standardly equipped with rubber end grip and stainless steel hardware to attach it to the tiller crossbar. Extends from 50″ to 92″. Weighs 28.7 oz.

The FX4 (#44-FX04) is a 57″ fiberglass tiller extension designed for 8-1/2′- to 10′-wide boats. The FX4 extends to 106″ so the skipper can retain full maneuverability while trapezing. A rubber end grip and stainless steel hardware to attach it to the tiller crossbar are standard equipment. Extends from 57″ to 106″. Weighs 32.4 oz.

The FX6 (#44-FX06) is ideal for Hobie® 17 and Hobie® 18 with wings, or  12′-wide boats. It’s the same great fiberglass Arriba Stick as the FX3 and FX4, but with longer extension, at 63″ standing and 118″ extended lengths. A rubber end grip and hardware to attach it to the tiller cross bar are standard equipment. Extends from 63″ to 118″. Weighs 35.2 oz.
