Both the Global Freeride board and sail under the same name are meant to be a great alternative to those who seek durable and versatile equipment but do not want to spend a fortune on it.
The Global Freeride board, which came out of Harold Iggy and Rick Naisha's underarms, is primarily designed to guarantee early slip and easy tackling. Relatively large ballasts make it possible to swim with larger sailboats. Four sizes from 85 to 115 liters guarantee a wide range of usability. Global is to be a direct competitor of the popular Starbord Carve boards.
The Global Freeride sails from the earlier Vantage are to complement the Global boards. The new Global is a universal freeride sail, handy and easy to handle. The low center of sail and lightweight construction make it easy to drive the propulsor. Not very deep profile provides easy maneuvering in varied wind conditions and ripples.
