BerleyPro Warranty and Returns Policy
When you place orders for BerleyPro products, you acknowledge and accept all conditions listed below. All materials and designs are subject to change without notice.
BerleyPro reserves the rights to change any and all terms and conditions of sale, including this warranty and returns policy.
All BerleyPro products are designed to be fitted and used as specified by BerleyPro. BerleyPro takes no responsibility for other manufacturer’s warranties in relation to products which are designed to be used in conjunction with other manufacturers components. It is your responsibility to check if using BerleyPro products void any third party manufacturer’s warranty.
BerleyPro provides a limited 1 year warranty which covers defects or malfunctions with BerleyPro products. This warranty is valid for 1 year from the purchase date and proof of purchase is required to claim the warranty.
Products will not be covered under the warranty if the defect or malfunction arises from abuse, neglect, an act of god, failure to use, maintain or store the product in accordance with BerleyPro’s instructions or recommendations, modification, normal wear and tear or use of the product for purposes it was not designed for. The benefits provided to you under this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have under the law.

We will resolve this issue by trouble shooting via email or phone (972) 241-1498 when required. In the case of a defective product claimed under the warranty, we will repair or replace the product at no charge. We will determine if return of the product is required after first contact. If this is required as part of the warranty claim, you are responsible for shipping the product to and from us.
Returns Policy for Change of Mind
Mariner-Direct will provide a refund in full for most "as new" and unopened products purchased incorrectly or for a change of mind within 15 days of purchase. You will be responsible for all shipping costs in regards to non-defective products or a mistake on your behalf. If a product is incorrect due to our error, we will pay reasonable shipping costs.
