FPV-Power Warranty

Warranty valid for the original purchaser from the date on the sales receipt. Please note that batteries are flammable and should be handled with care at all times. The user is responsible for checking the suitability of the product for their intended use and is fully responsible for all risks and liabilities in connection with all products sold under the FPV-POWER brand. The user is also required to read all instruction manuals and must follow all manufacturers’ guidelines. The benefits provided to the original purchaser under this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have under the law.

Lithium Ion Batteries and/or Accessory Items Warranty Term

  • FPV-Power provides a Limited 1 Year Warranty which covers defects in workmanship and materials with FPV-Power Lithium Ion Batteries and Accessory products. This warranty valid for the original purchaser from the purchase date on the sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to claim the warranty. *Warranty Subject to Battery Care Terms and Conditions Below.

LiFePO4 Battery Warranty Term

  • FPV-Power provides a Limited 5 Year Warranty which covers defects in workmanship and materials with FPV-Power LiFePO4 Batteries. This warranty valid for the original purchaser from the purchase date on the sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to claim the warranty. *Warranty Subject to Battery Care Terms and Conditions Below.

When you place orders for FPV-Power products, you acknowledge and accept all conditions listed below. All materials and designs are subject to change without notice.

FPV-Power reserve the right to change any and all terms and conditions of sale, including this warranty and returns policy.

FPV-Power products are designed to be fitted and used as specified by FPV-Power. FPV-Power takes no responsibility for other manufacturer’s warranties in relation to products which are designed to be used in conjunction with other manufacturers components. It is your responsibility to check if using FPV-Power products void any third party manufacturer’s warranty.

You can also write to us at Mariner Sails, 11110 N Stemmons FWY, Dallas, TX 75229, however the warranty claim must be made in writing. We will resolve this issue by trouble shooting via email or phone (972) 241-1498 when required. In the case of a product claimed under the warranty and found to be warrantable, we will repair or replace the product at no charge. If, at the sole discretion of Mariner Sails, we determine repair or replacement is not a viable solution we will refund the original purchase price of the warrantable item. We will determine if return of the product is required after first contact. If this is required as part of the warranty claim, you are responsible for shipping the product to and from us.

Returns Policy for Change of Mind

Mariner Sails will provide a refund in full for most "as new" and unopened products purchased incorrectly or for a change of mind within 15 days of purchase. You will be responsible for all shipping costs in regards to non-defective products or a mistake on your behalf. If a product is incorrect due to our error, we will pay reasonable shipping costs.

We do not accept any responsibility for any damages as checks are the responsibility of the user and should be done prior to the products first use. Failure to maintain our batteries as per the product instructions will result in a warranty claim being rejected on the grounds of misuse. As some of our products need wiring and/or soldering, we do not accept any responsibility for any results due to wrong or improper connections and wiring. The user is responsible for checking the suitability of the product for their intended use and is fully responsible for all risks and liabilities in connection with all products sold under the FPV-POWER brand. The user is also required to read all instruction manuals and must follow all manufacturers’ guidelines. We will not accept any responsibility for any injury or damages that occur during the use of any of our products. It is the user’s full responsibility to ensure the safety of themselves, other persons and property when using our products. Do not leave your battery flat for long term storage – The Battery Management System (BMS) will auto cut when the battery hits a safe low voltage. However, if left in this state for a prolonged period of time, you can permanently damage the cells. Do not use to power items which draw more than the rated amperage. If unsure, contact us for more information. Do not open or modify the battery pack in anyway – Opening the sealed case will immediately void your warranty. Do not leave a charging battery unattended. Do not charge on or near flammable objects. Do not drop the battery pack – Batteries are fragile objects and any severe damage to the case such as cracks will void your warranty. Do not leave the battery in the kayak during transport. Do not submerge LiFePO4 Batteries. Do not submerge Lithium Ion IP67 rated Waterproof batteries in more than 1 meter of water for longer than 1/2 an hour as per the IP67 rating.

Defective Items: Should an item be found defective, please contact us or your dealer where you purchased the battery, first before shipping the item back to us. We will work with you or your dealer to resolve any issues do to manufacture defects.

 

BerleyPro Warranty and Returns Policy

When you place and order from Mariner Sails for BerleyPro Products, you acknowledge and accept all conditions listed below. All materials and designs are subject to change without notice.

BerleyPro products are warrantable directly with BerleyPro Australia. To make a warranty claim, please email BerleyPro at [email protected].

BerleyPro Warranty

BerleyPro provides a limited 1 year warranty which covers defects or malfunctions with BerleyPro products. This warranty is valid for 1 year from the purchase date and proof of purchase is required to claim the warranty.

Products will not be covered under the warranty if the defect or malfunction arises from abuse, neglect, an act of god, failure to use, maintain or store the product in accordance with BerleyPro’s instructions or recommendations, modification, normal wear and tear or use of the product for purposes it was not designed for. The benefits provided to you under this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have under the law.

 

BerleyPro Warranty Returns

To make a warranty claim, please email BerleyPro at [email protected]. You can also write to BerleyPro at BerleyPro, 4/21 Simcock St, Somervill, 3912, however the warranty claim must be made in writing. BerleyPro will resolve this issue by trouble shooting via email or phone when required. In the case of a defective product claimed under the warranty, BerleyPro will repair or replace the product at no charge. BerleyPro will determine if return of the product is required after first contact. If this is required as part of the warranty claim, you are responsible for shipping the product to and from BerleyPro.

BerleyPro goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
