Marine Eye - 3/16" Wire x 3/8" Pin
Commonly used to attach shrouds to masts with double tangs and to connect backstays and forestays to the masthead. Also found on the lower end of shrouds on older standing rigging where double-fork or double-toggle turnbuckles are used.
