The stern Access Plate allows for easy access when you need to get inside the hull of your kayak to install a rudder, electronic motor, anchor trolley, or a Power-Pole Micro Anchor.
Bonafide Dry Pod Strap

This strap is full rubber and easy to grip in wet or dry conditions. Included with this kit are the Dry Pod Strap, washer, and stainless hardware. Made in the USA.
The hinge allows the Dry Pod to easily be lifted forward giving you the ability to remove any debris from your fish finder’s transducer.
Keeps the furling line from getting stuck on the bearing plate. Guides the line up onto the drum when you pull on the furling line. This is standard with all new Islands.
The commonly used padeye design is a thing of the past and was never truly intended to be used on a kayak in the first place.
