1.1 Our Website Accuracy and Pricing Policy:

It is our goal to keep this site and its contents as up to date as possible, but in our world of constantly changing technology and information it is inevitable that products, availability and pricing may change without notice. In the event you have ordered something that is not available or pricing or freight costs have changed, we will contact you with the product, availability, price or freight update before we fill your order to allow you to alter your order as you choose.

1.2 What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards. All transactions are processed in $ USD (US Dollars).  We also accept Mariner Sails Gift Cards (please contact us at [email protected] to use a gift card), and PayPal (3% fee does apply).

1.3 Can I add to my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can add to an order up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.

1.4 Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can cancel any order or part of any order up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.

1.5 What method of shipping do you use?

Our preferred methods of shipping are USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, and UPS. They give excellent service, are extremely reliable and very reasonably priced. Kayaks, boats, and trailers are available for pick up at our store in Dallas.

1.6 How long before my order ships?

In stock and complete orders normally ship within 24 hours (excluding Sunday). In the case of out-of-stock items, we will contact you to ask how you would like for us to handle your order. Please provide us with an accurate contact number and email on your original order to avoid delays.

1.7 What if I need my order faster?

Virtually any method of shipment is available upon request for an additional cost. Just tell us your needs and we will try to accommodate them. We can ship orders via Next Day Air up until 3PM CST.

1.8 Is there a warranty on products I purchase from you?

We are authorized dealers for the items that we carry. Our products are fully covered by the manufacturer’s stated warranties and policies.

1.9 What is your return policy?

We understand that sometimes, for whatever reason, the item you needed yesterday, is no longer needed today. So for that reason, we will accept return on any item that we normally stock. Just return it to us within 30 days of your order. We can even arrange return freight for you. Just pack the item in it's original package and we'll send you a return label. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
We just require a couple of courtesies. We will not take back used, installed or tried items. Items must be resalable and in their original packaging. You do not need a return authorization, but we need to be informed via e-mail, phone or whatever so that we can expect the item and credit the correct account in a timely manner when it gets here. Please include a copy of your invoice with the return. We do reserve the right to refuse and return any items that we find to have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above return criteria. Special order items, used boats, and consignment items are not returnable.

1.10 What are your store hours?

We're available 9am - 5pm Monday thru Friday, and 10am - 4pm on Saturdays (CST). Call us at 800-536-9463 and you'll speak with a real person - one who sails and paddles! And we'll do everything possible to get you the right gear at the right price as soon as possible!

2.1 Does Mariner Sails price match?

We do our BEST to try to keep track of all industry promotions but every now and then they will slip through the cracks.
We wanted to remind you all that we do reserve the right to PRICE MATCH.
If you find a lower price on an item that we carry PLEASE reach out.
We would LOVE the opportunity to EARN your BUSINESS.

Here is the small print...
If you find a current lower price on an identical, in-stock item from a local retail competitor, or online retail competitor (including shipping and delivery fees), Mariner Sails will match the price. Just present the current ad, print-out, photo, or phone app/website display at the register. (This may involve the associate contacting the competitor). Price Match Guarantee is limited to reasonable quantities and cannot be combined with other discounts.
*Exclusions to Price Matching: Closeout, discontinued, clearance, open-boxed, refurbished, used or damaged items; Custom or special order products; Competitor’s advertised pricing that contains typographical error; Sales tax promotions or auction site pricing; Volume or wholesale discount pricing offered by competitors; Individual items within a competitor contractor quote or bid; Pricing from membership-based retail wholesalers; Rebates, free offers, or specific one-time-only promotions, including bundle offers; Items sold via a third-party or discount site - meaning any products that are not sold directly by a competing retailer; Online items not currently available to ship to customer’s location; Labor, installation and other professional services pricing; and Financed offers or credit terms. Due to fluctuating prices, we cannot price match a competitor when that competitor is out of inventory.
