This is part of the H-16 Jib Halyard Wire Assembly (HC 20661001), and a lower failure rate item. If you need this part, you're probably already aware that you will need to cut and then re-nicopress the halyard wire. The reality is that if this block has failed, you probably have a bad wire anyway.
