Team McLube Sailkote is a high performance, dry lubricant for more efficient, smoother, and longer-lasting movement of sails, hulls, rigging, and deck hardware. Formulated with environmentally-friendly Dupont Krytox®, Sailkote has a hydrophobic clear coating which bonds tenaciously to almost any clean, dry surface and will not wash away. It does not attract dirt, water, or contaminates that degrade performance.
Team McLube Sailkote is used and approved by sailors across the globe and is "race proven" by America’s Cup Teams, Olympic Medalists, and One Design World Champions.
To Apply:
- Clean the surface well with a solvent and let dry thoroughly.
- Shake the can well.
- Hold 8-10 inches from the surface and spray evenly. Sailkote will dry in seconds.
- For optimum lubrication, apply two thin coats.
